I'm installing a hydrofoil on my 1994 Mercury 135HP BlackMax engine on my Ranger 330V bass boat. My engine has plenty of power- no problem getting on plane, but I did notice that at really low speeds there is some boat "wander". I'm installing a hydrofoil to help the boat get on plane faster and provide some stability.

This 1994 boat motor runs great after I tuned it up. I replaced the spark plugs, replaced the water pump impeller, rebuilt the fuel pump, and cleaned the carburetors with Seafoam fuel treatment.
